The next meeting is at Cox Enterprises; this is a secure facility. You will be required to show identification (with a photograph) for entry.

Your RSVP allows Cox security to do much of their internal documentation in advance of your arrival. This will speed your entry into the facility at a time when the security desk is lightly staffed. Cox likes to have an affiliation for all visitors. If you leave it blank, you will be given an affiliation with the staff's best guess at the name of the meeting your are attending. Your email address (optional) is for our use in case a meeting has to be moved or cancelled.
